お申込頂いた時点で規約にご同意頂いたものとさせていただきます。
また、改定がある場合は、当サイトに掲載された時点で有効とさせていただきます。
① ご予約は必ず毎回ご予約フォームからお願いいたします。特別な定めがない限り、直接メールやTwitterのDMでのお申し込みはご遠慮ください。（いずれのご予約方法の場合でも、ご予約と同時に、利用規約に同意をいただけたものとなります）
② キャンセルはご予約頂いたお時間の2時間前までとさせていただきます。いかなる理由につきましても施術2時間以内のキャンセルは全額お支払い頂きますことをご了承のほどよろしくお願い致します。
③当日、施術の2時間前からはお食事、ご飲酒はお控えください。
泥酔の方、熱や病中により体調の優れない方。怪我から48時間以内や治療中、手術から2年以内の方。性病の疑いや、伝染性皮膚病や、皮膚に大きな炎症や傷のある方。著しい睡眠不足、極度の高血圧・癌治療中の方は施術をお断りする場合がございます。該当する方は必ず事前にお申し出ください。また、施術によりお客様の症状や体調が悪化しても一切の責任は持てません。当店は一切の責任を負わないものといたします。また、アレルギー、持病、既往症、怪我、筋肉痛のあるお客様も事前に全ての症状をご申告ください。これらの申告はいわゆる施術のための問診ではなく、お客様の来店傾向分析のためのアンケートとしてお伺いいたしております。当店の施術はリラクゼーションの範囲を超えることはありません。
④当店の施術は医療・治療・保健行為ではございません。
⑤お支払いは現金のみ前払いとさせていただきます。
Please review the following terms and conditions before making a reservation. By submitting your booking, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms. Any revisions will take effect once posted on our website. Reservations All reservations must be made through our booking form each time. Unless otherwise specified, please refrain from booking via direct email or Twitter DM. Regardless of the booking method, your reservation constitutes agreement to these terms and conditions. Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. For any cancellations made within 2 hours of the appointment, the full fee will be charged, regardless of the reason. Before Your Appointment Please refrain from eating or consuming alcohol within 2 hours prior to your treatment. We may refuse service to customers who are heavily intoxicated, have a fever or are feeling unwell, are within 48 hours of an injury, currently undergoing treatment, or within 2 years of surgery. We may also refuse service to those suspected of having sexually transmitted diseases, contagious skin conditions, significant inflammation or wounds, severe sleep deprivation, extremely high blood pressure, or those undergoing cancer treatment. If any of the above apply, please inform us in advance. We are not responsible for any worsening of your condition or health resulting from our services. By receiving treatment, you agree that we bear no liability. Additionally, customers with allergies, chronic conditions, pre-existing conditions, injuries, or muscle pain must disclose all relevant information in advance. Please note that this information is collected for customer trend analysis purposes and does not constitute a medical consultation. Our services are strictly within the scope of relaxation and do not go beyond that. Nature of Services Our services are not medical, therapeutic, or healthcare treatments. Payment Payment is accepted in cash only and must be made in advance.
